I am ONLY rating the SALESMAN Ryan Ferguson. As soon as I walked in, he was standing at the front desk and asked to help. I gave the bottom line of what car/year I wanted to test drive and my ballpark budget. Of course I ended up spending more, but for even a newer year car than I had in mind. We went back and forth with his "boss" and came to an agreement with a price I was happy with. I am very satisfied with the decision and love the Tucson. Ryan is a very pleasant and personable man with a mellow disposition who never made me feel pressured. He even went the extra mile to follow me to drop off my rental (my older car was totaled), fill the new car with gas and made arrangements days later when a warning light would not go off (luckily it was a simple fix). The thing keeping me from giving 5 stars: they charge way too much for the warranty on a used car; and I DID get a bit of 'tude from the service dept when I brought it in at 8am - first in line, showed them the picture and note from Ryan's approval to service me ..."Ryan? who's that? "... they have no clue who their salesmen are?!? After reading all the negatives, I will not use their repair services, and simply use my amazing mechanic I have had for decades instead, thus not buying the over-priced warranty that probably would've had me jumping through hoops with bogus excuses others have cited here ("that's not covered", "this will cost extra", etc). Thanks again Ryan for your honest and seamless style of salesmanship.

I went here to lease a GV70 Electrified yesterday and I worked with Arlee. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and really took her time to explain all the features and show me everything. We went for a test drive and then she worked with me on the numbers. I was there for four hours and she was pleasant and patient the entire time.
